2016
THE ORIGINS
Dem-Teck Engineering S.r.l. is a dynamic and forward-thinking company, founded in 2016 with the goal of setting new standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in the industrial demolition sector.
The company is built on a solid foundation of expertise, drawing on more than forty years of experience gained by its Technical and Operations Director, a key industry figure who has played a fundamental role in the company’s professional growth and in the development of advanced operational methodologies.
2018
FIRST MAJOR PROJECT: ROLLING MILL
Demolition of a large rolling mill for a leading industrial company. A project of high technical complexity that marked a key milestone in the company’s growth, contributing to the development and consolidation of H.S.E. (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures, which are now one of Dem-Teck Engineering’s core strengths.
2021
Demolition of major chemical plants for leading Belgian multinational companies, strengthening the company’s presence in highly complex industrial environments.
In the same year, Dem-Teck Engineering obtained Categories 8 and 10 of the National Register of Environmental Managers, further expanding its operational capabilities. At the same time, the company launched a significant upgrade of its machinery fleet, investing strategically in technological innovation, safety, and operational efficiency.
2022
EXPANSSION AND LOCAL PRESENCE
Demolition of one of the largest steel plants in Southern Italy, including production facilities and oxygen plants, in an industrial environment of high technical and organizational complexity. This project marked another important milestone in the company’s growth, further demonstrating its ability to successfully manage large-scale projects in the steel industry.
In the following years, the company’s growth continued with the official opening of its local operational unit, inaugurated on October 9, 2025, and the development of dedicated logistics facilities for the storage and management of its machinery fleet at the Bovisio Masciago site.

An effective demolition project starts with precise planning and targeted operational decisions.
Safety and environmental protection are not optional for us, but the result of a structured and methodical approach.
Our operations are divided into four phases:
Site Inspection and Assessment
We study the structures and the surrounding environment, analyzing risks and the materials involved.
Demolition Plan
We design controlled demolition sequences, prepare the Safety and Coordination Plan (POS), and develop operational procedures to manage technical challenges and critical conditions.
Execution and Remediation
The core of the operation: we work with state-of-the-art equipment in complete safety. Demolition activities and the possible management of hazardous materials are carried out through controlled procedures and in full compliance with safety regulations.
Recovery and Restoration
We enhance the value of demolition materials through recovery, sorting, and recycling processes. We complete each project with site cleaning and restoration, preparing the area for subsequent activities and new developments.
